Hi there,guys! Just purchased your e-book and did my first workout-quite smashed now.I have a question on leg training,since you dont have in implemented in your system.My lower body is very powerful but heavy,compared to the upper and that was stopping me from making progress.Any tips on that?
I am also interested how to progress regarding reps,rest etc or should I focus on the 10 sets only?Apart from that congratulations on your system-very clear,straight forward and easy to apply!Cheers
